Hey everyone, today was my last day interning at Terrific Portrait Studio. I’ve had a good time working here for the passed month. It actually passed pretty quick consitering I’ve been interning here for 140 hours.
I learned a good amount just by interning here fort a month. I learned how to use multiple new softwares that will help me in the future with different ways to edit my pictures and videos, how to manage a script and a story board, how to shoot tethered efficiently with a camera physically and wirelessly connected with Capture One. From interning at Terrific Portrait Studio It also helped out with my work flow and changed how I manage my files.
I learned how to use some new filming and photo equipment, like a different type of external video and photo lights, how to use a camera crane while shooting, how to set up and use a teleprompter with an iPad, how to set up and light a green screen and more.
Andrew then came into the studio today to film his part of the pitch video. We first started off the shoot with some light tests and some rehearsing and camera placement tests. We shot every scene one at a time looking over the footage to make sure everything looks good before passing on to the next scene.
Lastly today, I made sure to do the most advancements that I can on the project that we’ve been working on at the studio. I edited and organized the pictures that we took yesterday and made sure they were all ready. I deleted the test shots that were not usable and decluttered our catalog.
